2. Prepare Drawings and Select Finishes
At Sun City we have a philosophy "will make it work". If our current range of designs does not suit your requirements then we will modify ours or adopt yours to reflect the individuality of each customer. At this stage all internal fixtures and furnishings are selected from our wide variety or your own taste whatever the case may be "will make it work".
3. Finalise Price
Our thoroughness and combined experience in the industry will ensure that we leave "no stone unturned". This will ensure that no matter what you will not confront the situation "oh…I didn't think of that". This is satisfaction guaranteed because your budget is set early and there are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.
4. Construction begins
In this great vast land of ours where some very remote and beautiful locations exist building in these areas can be expensive. At Sun City we build our homes in an indoor manufacturing plant thus avoiding weather delays and reducing costs. This combined with state of the art crane facilities make the advantages clear. Your home is built in less time, is far more affordable and more importantly you get your home when you want it!
5. Construction Inspection
At Sun City we insist that all our customers visit our premises during construction for that unexpected late inclusion or alteration.
6. Pre Delivery
We demand the highest quality in all our cabins and in doing so a pre delivery inspection is carried out. Defects (if they exist) are addressed and rectified and the customer finally views the cabin in a completed state prior to transportation.
7. Delivery and receive keys
This is the most exciting stage of the process where the home leaves our factory bound for it's destination where a family, mum or dad, children, relatives will have many years of joy and relaxation. Knowing that we are a part of that gives the staff and management of Sun City a great sense of pride.
